I first pushed for our program after seeing a neighboring school win a Rocket League state title. Our students wanted the same opportunity, and when our principal asked me to lead the team, I jumped in without hesitation. Since then, the program has grown steadily, and I have no plans of slowing down. I became a Super Coach because I saw how much support was needed in our state. With only one other Super Coach in Mississippi, I wanted to step in and help schools at every stage, from starting their first team to competing in finals. My goal is to be the resource I wish I had when our program began, helping others succeed and grow their communities. What keeps me coaching is the bond between the players. Wins are memorable, but the friendships are what last. After our PlayVS Cup season ended, our team had to say goodbye to a player moving out of state. The tears shed that day showed just how much these students mean to one another. For me, it is not about the trophies – it is about seeing students grow, connect, and create lifelong memories.
